Meet The Cape Island Woodworks Team
John grew up in Cape May’s historic district and after graduating from Cape May County Technical High School in 1985, went to work in construction and gravitated to interior and exterior millwork. In 1994, John embarked on his journey and started Cape Island Woodworks, and since then, it's blossomed into the well known business recognized by locals and business owners alike. Whether you're dreaming up a grand woodworking project or simply need a touch of craftsmanship for a cozy corner, John and his trusted team – including Brian Lee, our talented local musician, and Kip Waide, the green-thumb wizard from Stumble Meadow Farm – are here to bring your visions to life. Whether your woodworking needs are old, new, residential or commercial, our experience caters to all who come!
Our woodworking services cater to both residential and commercial needs, spanning a wide spectrum to meet your diverse requirements
